On "Ugly Betty," Henry's baby mama ( Jayma Mays) returns, as does as Wilhelmina's sister (Gabrielle Union). Amy Madigan begins her stint on "Grey's Anatomy" as a therapist who helps Meredith get it together. As for "Lost," why is that the women always seem in danger of demise?

The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) - Michael and Dwight party it up with Ryan in New York.

Supernatural (The CW 9 p.m.) - Dean and Sam meet up with their reality TV counterparts when they find themselves in the middle of Ghost Hunters-type show.
