Beauty and the Geek (The CW, 8 p.m.) - The geeks get transformed after tonight's makeovers. There is sure to be a couple of swans in the bunch.

The Truth Behind the Sitcom Scandals (Bio, 10 p.m.) - The rumored tensions behind the scenes of Laverne & Shirley and Cheers are explored.

American Idol Gives Back (FOX, 7:30 p.m.) - Featuring appearances from Bono, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon, Miley Cyrus, Eli Manning, Carrie Underwood and many more. Greg Grunberg's Band From TV with special guest Teri Hatcher on vocals will also perform.

Law & Order (NBC, 10 p.m.) - Mad Men's January Jones guest stars in this repeat about a beauty with a dark side.

Thursday, April 10

American Idol (FOX, 8 p.m.) - Another contestant must go home in this week's results show.

30 Rock, The Office, Scrubs (NBC, 8:30 - 10 p.m.) - NBC's block of great comedy is complete with the welcome return of Liz Lemon, Michael Scott and the gang at Sacred Heart. The night's antics include success for Jack with reality show "MILF Island" on "30 Rock" and a Dunder Mifflin dinner party of epically awkward proportions on The Office. Meanwhile, Turk learns Spanish for Carla on "Scrubs."

Eli Stone (ABC, 10 p.m.) - One of the partners - guest star Katey Sagal (Married With Children) - is putting pressure on Jordon about the firm's recent decline.

Without A Trace (CBS, 10 p.m.) - While injured Jack's fighting for his life, the team searches for a heart transplant recipient (Daveigh Chase, perfectly manipulative on Big Love). Sam's one-night stand Brian (Adam Kaufman) returns.

Friday, April 11

The Sarah Jane Adventures (Sci Fi, 7:30 p.m.) - Doctor Who gives birth to yet another offspring in this spin-off about the adventures of former companion Sarah Jane Smith.

Saturday, April 12

The Memory Keeper's Daughter (Lifetime, 9 p.m.) - Make an exception for this above the standard Lifetime fare adaptation about a doctor who gives up one of his twins infants upon learning she has Down syndrome, convincing his wife the baby died at birth. The impressive cast features Dermot Mulroney, Gretchen Mol and Emily Watson.

Sunday, April 13

Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert For Autism Education (Comedy Central, 8 p.m.) - Jon Stewart hosts the fund-raiser featuring Adam Sandler, Jonah Hill, Will Arnett, Conan O'Brien, Amy Poehler, Ben Stiller, Sarah Silverman, Maroon 5 and many more. They weren't kidding about the overbooked part.

Desperate Housewives (ABC, 9 p.m.) - The smell of desperation is back in the air with the return of new episodes featuring The O.C.'s Chris Carmack as Susan's tax accountant cousin and Gary Cole as Katherine's first husband.

Eli Stone (ABC, 10 p.m.) - Eli's earthquake visions return in a special Sunday episode.
