Embarking on another diverse global journey, Bourdain kicks off the newest installment of the Emmy-nominated Travel Channel series "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations" in Laos, a land with picturesque landscapes, exotic cuisines, and a mysterious history.

Considering Anthony’s penchant for encountering the weird, wild and downright outrageous personalities and places that help define the international cultural landscape, Laos serves as an idyllic backdrop to kick off the new season on Monday, July 7 at 10 PM ET.

Whether he’s sampling various Laotian delicacies such as dried cured buffalo skin and ant eggs, drinking shots with the locals of “Whiskey Village,” or riding through the jungles of Laos on the back of an elephant, Anthony experiences the breadth of what this mysterious land has to offer the way few visitors can.

Uncovering the best eateries, quirkiest haunts, and most colorful characters in every location, the new season of "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations" explores locales including: Columbia, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay, Tokyo, Spain, Egypt, and the southwestern United Sates. Along the way, Anthony will visit with various celebrity guests, including Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, and Tokyo’s Chef Morimoto.

All new episodes run through September, and viewers can also keep up with Anthony’s latest adventures via TravelChannel.com/Bourdain , where Anthony writes weekly blogs and hosts a monthly podcast, “Tony and Friends,” featuring conversations with various guests and celebrities on a wide spectrum of topics.
