Over the weekend Tori Spelling was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery related to post-pregnancy complications. The actress had an operation to fix problems relating to the Cesarean section she had when she gave birth to her son Finn on Aug. 30.

Spelling's rep told People.com, "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."

The actress' husband, Dean McDermott, confirmed that his wife is recovering just fine, but he had hoped to keep the matter private. He wrote on Twitter, "I didn't want to alert the world. No TMZ knows. Was trying to keep it private."

When asked about Spelling's condition, he added, "She's good. Just testing (sic)."

Spelling and McDermott have four children: Liam, 5, Stella, 4, Hattie, 1, and newborn Finn.
