Numerous reports are pointing to an N Sync reunion at this Sunday's MTV VMAs. Multiple sources have claimed that Justin Timberlake, who will received this year's Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award, will reunite with former bandmates Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone for a performance at this year's awards. While all signs point to this as being a no-brainer, a rep for MTV told New York's Newsday that the rumors aren't true, and Bass himself weighed in on the situation (story), saying the news is expected because of Timberlake's lifetime achievement award the network is handing him.
