Kate Gosselin has filed a huge lawsuit against her ex-husband Jon, accusing hime of hacking into her computer to get information for a tell-all memoir. Jon reportedly stole her hard drive and was able to get his hands on bank records and phone logs. She's suing for a reported seven-figures for invasion of privacy and identity theft. (story)

The singer didn't name any names, but she was reportedly appalled by the performances of "a couple" of stars at the award ceremony. Fat Joe began serving his four month prison sentence on Monday. The rapper turned himself in to authorities at a federal detention center in Miami, Florida after being convicted of tax evasion. He was sentenced in June and will also have to pay a fine. (story)

Taylor was reacting to boy band One Direction, who were presenting an award, and she turned to pal Selena Gomez and mouthed the words, presumably over what the guys were saying before presenting the award. "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston has reportedly been cast as baddie Lex Luthor in the sequel to this year's "Man of Steel".
