Taylor Swift is set to team up with fellow country stars Vince Gill and Alison Krauss for a performance at the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards on November 6.

The group will team up for a one-off performance of Swift's hit single "Red". Sam Bush, bassist Edgar Meyer and percussionist Eric Darken will also play on the song.

Swift, who is nominated for six awards, including Entertainer of the Year, is keeping quiet about the rest of the details for the performance.

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will host the show for the sixth year in a row. Performers include Blake Shelton, George Strait and Luke Bryan; while the Zac Brown Band will be joined by Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, and last year's best new artist Hunter Hayes will perform with Jason Mraz.

The 2013 CMA Awards airs Wednesday, November 6 at 8pm on ABC.
