tokio hotel is obviously going to win the award there's no way he could even have a chance tokio hotel has fans in not only germany but switzerland france italy spain UNITED STATES uk and everywhere else in north america and europe they even have fans in australia and other places go on their youtube channel www.youtube.com/tokiohoteltv and check out their fans under their friends list is only half of them b/c they havnt added me yet and i asked like 4months ago
