I don't blame him at all! I think it's pretty fantastic that he would have such deep convictions. Not only that, Chelsea Noble Cameron is just SOOO much hotter than Erin Bethea. I mean, Erin's pretty, but Chealsea is gorgeous.. Go Kirk! lol

I think this is AWESOME! When i saw the movie i felt violated because i know his feelings about marriage and his wife... The kiss in the movie was probably the most passionate movie kiss i have ever seen! So when i found out it was his real wife i was relieved! Thank God someone has morals!

I think Kirk Cameron is a great example of how we should honor our vows. By allowing yourself, as an actor or anything else, to kiss or behave in a romantic fashion to someone other than your spouse, you open a door in your life and in your mind that can lead to temptation, or other thoughts that can destroy a marriage. Marriage vows need to be honored the way God intended them to be. Kudos to you Kirk!

God bless you Kirk Cameron! And yes, if only more actors feared God and had such morals, I think not only the marital life of those actors would have been better, but maybe also a huge part of the morals of the 'ordinary' people! I really pray that your life&testimony reach&make a life change in the lifes of more people you ever dreamed of, esp. in the lifes of other actors who I long would get to know the Lord Jesus...Kirk, you got a open door which is closed 4 most people! I think Kirk is making a very important stand that all actors should take. not allowing an accidental attraction is fireproofing your marriage and I applaud Kirk for everything he stands for. If everyone stood as firm as Kirk the world would be a much better one than it c urrently is. My Christian walk ahs failed so many times because of the compromises or rationalizations that I have made.

Way to go Kirk! I literally looked it up whether or not that was actually his wife, before I knew for sure I got a little upset. I knew of his convictions already and was certain he wouldn't have kissed another woman. Thank you, Kirk...way to be a great example. Faithfulness in marriage is priceless! On every level...and the kiss is nothing small! And, in my opinion, nothing to be taken for granted. I've enjoyed everything Kirk has been in. God has truly blessed him for his devotion and faith! My husband is in the Passion Play and he refuses to take off his wedding ring. He has NEVER taken it off since we got married. He thought it was wonderful that Kirk would not kiss the actress playing his wife. He said he would do the same! I have A GREAT LOVING MAN...LOVING HIM IS EASY because we both consider one anothers feelings and LOVING SOMEONE SHOULD BE EASY...Marriage can be easy if each other cares each and every day for the other! SIMPLE AS THAT!

I absolutely admire his passionate commitment to honoring God and his wife. I am only 18 and I am not even in a relationship, but my dream is to have a guy who honors me like that. I also wish to honor my husband just the same.

I think this is amazing! I'm a strong believing Christian and am affraid my marriage will suffer or end as my aspiring actor husband will do "anything" to get recognized and "get us out of the money misery". I just don't think money is that important.
