Make fun of her if you want, but Megan actually makes sense. That picture Vanessa took was private and no one else's business but hers and now everyone hates her because some other d*ck-head put those pictures everywhere. HE or SHE should be the one actually apologizing, not Vanessa. It wasn't her fault. And it's not like kids in High School don't do that kind of stupid sh*t anyway.

if u dont want 6year old boys to 60year old men to see u in nothing but your underwear, you shouldn't be taking nude pictures. I mean c'mon we live in a digital world its really fast out there. Any idiot would know that if u take a picture, whether nude or not, theres a risk that it would leak and especially if you're famous. Vanessa knew there was a risk but she was willing to take it. so, now she has to face the flak. so, now the world knows that Van likes to lock herself in her room and get dirty by taking shots of herself.

way to go Megan too many people apologize for too many things and Vanity fair should be ashamed for pressuring a 15 year old girl to pose like that. As for vanessa that was an X@@##! that betrayed her for money and they should apologize to her for being an X@@##!. I've become a big fan of yours for your comments.

Of course SHE defends them; she may be the worst one. People never mention her young age and the fact that she might not be the best role model-- she talks about a double standard here with the guy who took the picture not being held accountable, but there's a double standard with how the media looks at her versus these other girls anyway. She started in this business when she was a teenager, and she was always as outspoken and vamped up. No one said boo. She's very good at marketing herself: she caters to the right audience and says what they want to hear (talking about her sex drive in GQ, a men's magazine), but talking about her engagement and becoming a step-mom in women's health and beauty articles. She's a chameleon-- adaptable-- and she lets the negative roll off her shoulders. Ironically the younger teen stars can learn a lot from that example: it's really detrimental for young girls to care so much about what other people are thinking and saying about them. I think we all need a little more of that "I won't apologize for being me" attitude.

hazel leo, o'kay, fair enough that those are "private" pictures that should not have been distributed over a public conduit. But the point, really, is that if one knows they are "private" as you say, why would one want to broadcast this over a public conduit such as a cell phone carrier where the signal could get "hijacked" and "pirated" or, even, stolen?! Wouldn't one be even more vigilant about how one distributes these compromising photos than if one were to just send them "willy - nilly" over an unsecure line? Furthermore, what do you have to say about the "Miley Cyrus" photos in that women's magazine? She isn't even sixteen, and she poses in a very alluring and somewhat intimate layout. Even though it is harmless, the implication is that Miley is "loose" and "fast," not a message the "soccer moms" would want their fifteen year old soccer phenom "Megan" to receive.

FIRST OF ALL I CUD UNDERSTAND VANESSA'S SITUATION...i got a little advice for u darling, never trust guys! and as for our little disney princess popstar 'MILEY' she needs to understand that shes only 15/16 for cryin out loud and her pose for vanity fair with those revealing stuff she wore surely brings about a bad impression on her personality...as for her private pics i think people should leave her alone. hey! everyone fools around with their cell phones once in a while

i agree with her... the real issue is disney. they're revolting and manipulative, pretending they X@@##! care, when all that's on their minds is money, and the fact that they may lose money if they don't force them to apologize.

WOOT! GO MEGAN! LOL! I never heard anyone say anything like that before. NICE ONE. Way to defend Miley & Vanessa. :)
Btw, celebrites should REALLY not take revealing/nude pics of themselves. You never kno who's gonna hack your phone.
