I agree with you Jose. Angelina's lips do detract from the overall visual perception of her. They always make me think that she should buy herself a good tube of Chapstick!
Concerning your article, there are two points which caused me slight cognizant distraction: number one, your adding of your insecurities; and number two, why do you pity Harry Hamlin because of Angelina's lips?
"I will admit she's attractive, but I wouldn't jump through any hoops to get in her bed, just as I'm sure she wouldn't jump through anything to get into mine." The reader does not care about you, or whether she would want to be in your bed, or even if you have a bed! You should have written, "I will admit she's attractive, but I wouldn't jump through any hoops to get in her bed," and left it at that. That would have made your opinion stronger and more to the point -- your point.
"...the only thing her lips are good for is making me pity Harry Hamlin." That statement is totally incongruous with the rest of your article and makes it seem that you are attempting to be witty, but do not know how!
That's what I think.

magnaphy, I think the writter was stating Angelina's lips are one step away from Lisa's lips and that's where Harry comes into it. OK that taken care of...I agree Angelina is OK but not the end all to be all.

I don't really think I have the right to say anything about this topic, considering I'm somewhat biased against Jolie as an actress in general, but you make a very good point. Kudos to you for voicing your opinion, despite the fact that there are many who would disagree. :]

I agree with you on all counts and her insanity doesn't make her a lasting entity. It will be havoc and hell when the children she'll be overwhelmed with find out some are bought and paid for and others are birthed. Not so nice a picture. Still the lips have been growing at an amazing pace if you look to her original lips from years ago. It is even not so long ago in GIRL INTERUPTED where her lips were much smaller than they are today. And worse even photo shop isn't working to smooth the wrinkles on those huge deformed lips that go both ways exactly as her sezual preference. I find her shody and like you, note her beauty won't last but the lips will wrinkled or not. It's going to be scary when she ages as she will and she sags. Right now her lips are a mess and it will only get worse.

I don't think Jolie's lips are too big, at least not as big as some celebrity's I've seen. When she smiles, she is beautiful, and her lips blend into her face. She doesn't scrunch up her lips in to a sour puss look like others do like Joan Rivers or Pamela Anderson to mention a few.

Shes a little scary--remember when she used to wear Billy Bobs blood around her neck. All this money has classed her up and I guess she does good things, but still, I remember when she said she didn't have to take a married man away and could get any man she wanted, and then look--Brad Pitt is with her. Don't even compare Angelina with Lisa Rinna..it's insulting.
