i used to be addicted to "what not to wear." they have some cool shopping tips. i don't like how they always want the girls to wear high heels though.

100% agree about Trading Spaces. It's loads better now than it was for a couple years. I have got to tune into more of TLC---sounds like the shows are a little different (and maybe better) than I thought!

I'm addicted to What Not To Wear and Trading Spaces.. I love TLC, but I'm starting to like HGTV more and more.

What Not to Wear is one of my faves. Stacy really makes that show. Ten Years Younger is kinda similar, but they do more surgical procedures with, like, dentists and dermatologists. I like What Not to Wear better. Little People, Big World is really addictive too.
There are lots of good shows on TLC and the Discovery Channel these days.
