Will 'The Dark Knight' Need Darker Villians For Future Films?

The Dark KnightPurple suit, caked-white face, delirious, hand-in-the-cookie-jar grin: the Joker. In 1989's Batman, Jack Nicholson played the role as a coked out 'toon far past loony, at ease in the company of rapists or ravers.

Bane would be sweet. Do the "Breaking the Bat" storyline

I like a lot of your ideas, particularly the choice of Freeze, the Penguin and the idea that this time we could take a look at a female Robin...I don't particularly want Clayface or a Killer Croc, cos I like Nolan's more human explanations and backgrounds (he even managed a plausible solution to Ra's Al Ghul's 'immortality' without any Lazarus pits in the last movie), and I think they should leave the somewhat mutated characters out or else it may take the serious, gripping fear that has been built up over the last 2 movies and risk making the villains quite cartoony...
I would really love to see someone playing Talia Al Ghul...a sultry, sensual villain who can more than take care of herself and has a very special relationship with Batman/Bruce Wayne. Unfortunately, two problems exist with this. One, the modifications to the Ra's Al Ghul storyline in the previous movie would leave Talia's origins a little muddled up, but one can work around that. Two, I don't see anyone around who fits that character properly. In about 4-5 years and with more acting ability that comes with experience, Megan Fox could, but not right now. Talia is a very complex character and requires something special to portray her.
The Mad Hatter is another of those intriguing characters...Robin Williams is capable of being moody and sad, and being a whackjob... If he chooses to go to that zone in between as well, he could do that role brilliantly.
I also have a strange urge to see Jason Bateman as a villain

I could say this villian over that villian but I don’t think it would matter as long as Nolan is directing. To even come close to the Joker Nolan would have to portray a more sinister Riddler then ever created before. I like the Riddler because like the Joker in his own way its his psychopathic behavior. I dont know why but the Riddler just seems to be as close of a clone to the Joker than any other villian. What do you think?

I'd love to see WWE's John Cena, Undertaker, Kane or Batista play a villian in a Batman film. Future Batman films will need darker & eviler villians.

The Batman films need darker villians and you want to see lame as hell, wooden as a board acting from some wrestler? You want to kill the series?
