He has an absolute right to appeal his conviction and an absolute right to earn money pending his appeal. Personnally I do not think that he should have been sentenced to do any time whatsoever. Probation with Community Service and a REASONABLE fine should have been perfect.

Suggestion. . . dragons are an engangered specie, so like the vampire theme, have a genetically endangered specie - female dragon evolutionize herself into a full grown human - suvival form - and/or transformation genetic adjustment - like the vampire who is able to function normally at night, Walk the earth and kill people who she deem a threat to her safety - valid or not, while struggling to control her physical form as a human - somewhat like the wearwolf (sic). You, the agent - pick a better name, something meaninful, like, Mawu, Aido, Khensu, Marduk Saa, Sebek or Yamm Bida, an expert on ancient species, have to track her down and stop her. She is, of course, extremely attractive and sensuous, but have traits of a dragon, i.e., eyes slanted, soft belly, whatever, ability to burn up people, agile in martial arts too (smile), hot-tempered, impatient, war-like, isolated, etc.
You track her down and whatever . . .
When threatened, she is able to change into full-grown, flying dragon and spit fire at you. You come up with some inventive defense - at first not sure who she really is . . . the attractive lady is someone you would like to know better (smile), but your job is to protect the public from harm, so you have to devise a way to kill her - meanwhile, like you know, other constituancies (sic) are trailing her too, to study her - but you may or may not decide that she must be terminated (difficult to decide, since she has character traits of love and kindness as well - you know, the East believe dragons are a good omen. So, what does the Dragon-chaser do???????
Note: Since there really isn't anything new in the scheme of things, the content can contain how Global Warming has contributed to endangering the species, Polar bears, dragons, etc., therefore, giving support for her (their, if decided to be more than one) attempt to survive here on earth - using the ancient method of transformation - rearranging molecules to adjust physical form for continuing life - becoming human. Humans are dealing with changing weather, etc. The gene of the dragon - intelligence know that survival depends on change.
