There's the good and the bad. I usually don't waste my time on them. But I just watched Project Runway for the first time last season. I liked it because the contestants actually had talent, unlike a lot of reality stars.

Yeah Angie, you're forgetting the best realitiy TV shows of all times CBS's Big Brother, the Amazing Race and Survivor (which was the first). Your honorable mentions: Don't forget the Lyrics and Smarter than a 5th Grader are not reality shows but game shows.

tvjunkie, a lot of people tend to classify game shows with reality shows, that's why I stuck them in the honorable mentions section because they are really popular, esp. 5th grader. There were a few more I didn't mention, too many reality shows to list lol.

Rod, I watched Hell's Kitchen for the first time a few weeks back, Chef Ramsey is scarier than Simon Cowell. I've never heard of Ghost Hunters or Deadliest Catch.. There are too many reality shows out there to keep track of lol
