IF e really has severe spinal pain issues, he's got an awful mess. The major side effect of withdrawal from narcotic pain pills is bone pain! He should try acupuncture -it worked for me. I ruined 2 discs on the football field the week I turned 14. Now, at 47, it is so severe that I live on morphine regularly and have epidurals every 3 weeks. I stopped drinking 12 yrs ago, or it would have killed me when it mixes with morphine.
