Solange Knowles Breaks Her Foot

SolangeBeyonce Knowles' singer sister Solange was hospitalized at the weekend after breaking her foot at the beginning of her U.S. tour. The star was in Kansas City, Missouri on Sunday to perform tracks from her new album Sol-Angel when the accident occurred.
