Everyday when we get up we run to the door to get our paper. The kids enjoy the funnies and I read the local news, some of it. Then, we rush to change from our jammies into play clothes so we can walk the dogs around the woods. We enjoy this every morning. Today was especially fun, we actually picked blueberries and we laughed as we ate most of our pickings. Then we came home, washed the rest of the berries and made pancakes. Of course, we added some whip cream and syrup. We ate and rushed to shower. Does it not seem that everything involves rushing. I mean, we get up, run to the paper, power read, go for a rushed walk, rush breakfast, rush showers, and now off we go. Birthday parties today. One at 1 and one at 4. Summer is wonderful and sharing with the kids is magical. Thank you for the summer time. Next week last minute preps for school. A different kind of rushing will take place.
