Teen star Miley Cyrus has become the focus of yet another controversy, after a photo agency filed suit against her Disney bosses for copyright infringement in relation to a range of Hannah Montana-branded candies - which feature her face on the packaging.

I think people are making a big fuss over nothing. If anything people should be looking at Annie Leibovitz for thinking of this pose. If she is the professional, why did she place a girl of 15 in such a bad situation?
Miley still doesn't understand the problem, she is to young and immature to understand it.
