Personally, I don't see what the big deal is if she wants to keep it private. I know actors, singers, models, and others in the public eye sign away a certain bit of their privacy when they become celebrities, but this doesn't just affect her: it affects the father-- who ever he may be-- and the baby. That needs to be respected.
