It is clear that after his pregnant's wife's murder, he lost his freakin' mind. Maybe not an excuse good enough, but he's never repeated this problem with any other underage gals, right?

What do I think? I think that the witness of a crime does not get to decide if the sate prosecutes the crime or not.
The whole thing is ridiculous. He pled guilt to a serious crime and should serve his time.
