If anyone else had taken these photos they WOULD BE ARRESTED & CHARGED FOR CHILD PORN. Does anyone understand this, this is a child not an adult. I have worked with these kids and this is the start for them, they are famous, and by the time they are 18 there is nothing left to try take a good look at BRITNEY. This woman should be charged and put into jail, I do not care what she has done she has gone over the limit. If an ordinary photo shoot would have been done, that person would be in jail. Lets put her there where she belongs, she has stepped over the line.

Leibovitz has no morals or decency about her. I hate that everytime a youngster that has some talent hits the stage, the money and attention grabbing slimballs can not wait to turn them into a sex object. The fact that Miley is a minor should make what the great media X@@##! (Leibovitz) did, a criminal act and she should be prosecuted to the max. Come on, leave the kids alone.

Good point Jim. Its the way we interpret such a photo that says more about the subject or the photographer. Its not only beauty that is in the eye of the beholder.
