Excellent starting the article with Kraftwerk. Needed more about Daft Punk though.
I would have mentioned the Moog as well.
And going further back, acknowledge Charlie Christian's role in introducing electric guitar playing.
Plus, how about just discussing sampling. And let's not forget about Pro Tools, Ableton, etc. and other software that now allows anyone to have a "studio"
