The Fugitive
During the entire series, there was no mention of Dr. Kimble's mother. This led you to believe she was dead. There were eposides that featured his father, sister ( you saw her several times )and brother. During the last episode, he was at his sister's house and it was mentioned that his nephews were with his mother.

I found another Full House blooper. Jesse goes to his high school reunion where he runs into his ex girlfriend... and later on in the series we learn he was a high school drop out. I doubt if you dropped out of high school, you'd go to your reunion.

Gilmore Girls - Also noted that when Fran dies, Loralei mentions that she was the first person she met and gave her directions. She also said that she fed Rory cookies, but I thought Rory was an infant when they arrived in Stars Hollow. I also caught something besides what Ms. Patty said about Kirk. Someone else made him sound like a newcomer, can't remember who, though!
