Longtime Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Diane Neal is to leave the force when her contract on the cop drama ends later this year. Neal, who plays Assistant District Attorney Casey Novak, has been a regular fixture on the TV program since she joined in 2003, replacing Stephanie March.Read more!

I think this sucks and once Diane Neal is gone so am I there is no point in watching it after this. NBC Is making the worst mistake of there life. Diane Neal will always have more talent in her pinky then any idiot you could ever find to replace her. Good bye NBC you lost my respect and I will be sure to take as many people with me as I can as viewers after this stupid mistake.
