Joss Stone's Lesbian Movie Role

British singer Joss Stone is to take a break from her music career after landing her first major movie role playing a lesbian theme park entertainer. The 20-year-old's first foray into acting was in 2006 when she was cast as a witch in fantasy epic Eragon.

Cool That she is not limiting her barriers.
A lot of celebrities would be reluctant to play a lesbian role simply out of fear of type casting.
Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman and Julianne Moore [in the Hours], Tamara Tunie [in Rescuing Desire] and Elizabeth Mitchell [in Gia] Have all blazed this trail and their careers are thriving
