It's un-American to try to tear down the artistic community that keeps us happy and entertained. Shame on you! Mr. Bollea has been a top notched artistic force for several years. How dare you! This case has serious holes in it. Any lawyer who would peruse these charges obviously has something against the magnificent world of art!

Crawl out from under that rock. what does Art have to do with paying for your mistakes when it will effect the life of someone else "permanently" ??????? Get your head out of your a$$! How much is Hogan paying you ?

I'm simply stating my opinion. Your ignorant response tells me 2 things: First, you must be from a lower class. Probably, the disgusting middle class. Two, you have no idea what art is about. Just because I recognize amazing art does not mean I take kick backs. The idea is absurd. I'm an incredible deity of high culture it would serve you right to listen and digest every amazing word I speak.

Since Nick is under the age of 18, his parents are still responsible for him and his actions. Nick's irresponsible actions (he was drinking prior to the accident) led to placing someone in harms way and now his victim will be in a vegetable state the rest of his life. Shamus, I don't understand how you are looking at it from the charges perspective. Do you realize it is nearly the end of March and this young man has been in the hospital since August? His life will never be the same. It's about time some of these celebrities realize the world does not revolve around them. You do something wrong or illegal, you pay the price like everyone does.

Typical Middle Class Behavior. Ingnorant. For the Record, what I do with my personal life is not up for grabs as a topic of discussion. I simply wanted to have a discussion about the legal railroading of Mr.Bollea and it has turned into ingnorant middle class PP jokes.

when you people have children, talk to me.
none of you have any clue what those people are going to go through.
Most of the money they win in the lawsuit will go toward the boy's medical bills and the cost of living for his parents to be with him at all times since he can no longer care for himself. In a way, this is almost worse than if he was killed in the accident because not only will his parents not be able to communicate with him, but they'll have to feed him, bathe him, clothe him, change excrement bags, etc.; and they won't get to see him go on and go to college, and fall in love and get married and have children and enjoy life for what it really is. That has all been taken away from them and they'll have to be reminded of that gross negligence EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY for the rest of all their lives.
And all because some rich kid who thinks he's hot $h!t just because he's Hulk Hogan's kid thought he was above the law and that something like this would NEVER happen to him because of who he is and who he's related to.
Whatever the judgment will be will most definitely be FAIR.
This is one of the reasons people have insurance, because if this happened to a 'regular joe' and the person who was at fault had no money or insurance those people would be screwed. Jail time doesn't pay medical bills.

Look this young man will have medical bills for the rest of his life ( if you call it living )Parents are responsible for their kids until their 18 so yes Hulk and Linda should have to pay for the medical/living expenses until his passing with that said Nick should face jail time just like any other person would. His parents were aware of his driving he has had tickets, accidents in the past and didn't even take his license nor did the courts so yes this could have been prevented in a sense it's called tough love from parents and shame on the law for being star struck ( Hulk's son )

Based on the news story yesterday regarding this. Terry & his wife encouraged this. Terry allowed his son to drive over a 100 mph on a city street, thats imature parenting. Nick's friend is doing the right thing. Even though Nick's dad is a former WWE wrestler & actor, doesn't mean Nick deserves special treatment. I hope Nick is smarter the next time he's behind the wheel of a car.

This boy has been deleted in all those areas, and more.I would bet on my life he would like to be able to comment too. Nick needs to be a stand up man like all these wrestler lover's say he his father is, and pay the Piper in full. All of you whiney immature people out there that believe Terry and Linda should not act like resposible parents. FORGET THE FAME. Lets just hope, and pray, if you have children, you never experience what that child's parents are going through. Hey, I honestly hope none of us ever have to be in his place. Well, IDK what to say about this. Both parties are at fault. Nick has been known to drive recklessly, yet the other man wasn't wearing a seatbelt. What more can I say?
Although I must say, I think Nick shouldn't be driving for a LONG time. And the veteran needs to buckle up and follow the rules. =P

I'm somewhat confused about a few things I read in the comments. Perhaps it's b/c I'm one of the disgusting middle class people. I've read several articles about the accident and the pending lawsuit. Who is being slandered and where does extortion fit in? Everything read seems to be true. There was an accident that caused a major injury. Parents are responsible for kids under 18. Nick was responsible and admitted guilt. He was speeding while racing illegally under the INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL! Providing entertainment does not exempt one from the law. And, perhaps the victim's family has money. But, why should they have to go bankrupt? In a case like this, insurance eventually runs out. The family commented on Hogan not visiting the victim often. Perhaps this is what has led to the lawsuit. I read Hogan will pay all medical costs willingly. The Hogan family can't be expected to put their lives on hold, especially if they lose this case. I'm not saying I agree w/ the suing. The victim was a willing passenger, chose not to wear his seatbelt, and was aware of Nick's hazardous driving. His license should have been revoked a long time ago being he had 3 speeding violations in 1 yr for going 27, 45 & 36 miles over the limit. The police dept, victim, Nick, Hogan, & whoever decides when to revoke licenses should be held accountable.

Sun Mar 30 2008 18:05:17 By: smbbmm ( 228)
As for Nick being under the influence of alcohol when the accident occured, I haven't heard anything about that. Terry & Lynda encouraged this behavior making them imature & irresponsible parents. If they had their son's best interest at heart, they'd stop this behavior before it got out of control. The reason Terry's being sued is, he's part owner of the Supra. It doesn't suprise me that Nick was drinking. What needs to be done in Hollywood is, celebs children shouldn't be allowed access to alcohol until 21. Just because their parents are famous & make loads of cash, doesn't make them better than anyone else. I wish Nick's license would be revoked. If he continues his reckless driving, the only way to possibly slow him down or stop him is when he's responsible for someone's death. Nick was too young to puruse the drifting license. Somehow, someway, Nick will learn his lesson. Hopefully it doesn't take someone's death to change him.

I am sadden by this news of Mr. Hogan's son. I,
however think he will be held liable for this
accident. I know Mr. Graziano was his son's friend, else why would they be riding together.
The point here is liability if he is on Hulk's insurance policy at 17 (he probably is) he is liable to a certain extent. I fear his son is liable for the most part. The stricter laws in most states at a young age these days scares me.
I wish the Hogan family good luck and hope this
crisis in there lives comes to a positive end.

nonhater37, You make the best points of any post. As much as we can feel sorry for the passenger, he was a willing passenger in a vehicle with a known bad driver, speeding and partaking in the festivities of that evening........... and still does not put on the seat belt. As a father, first I have raised 4 kids more responsibly, but more so, would have a hard time writing a check as punishment for something that "may" not have had the same outcome had either party in that vehicle that evening acted more responsibly.

I also must add..... I am in total agreement that Terry and Linda do not make their children act responsible, they would rather spoil their children. Perhaps this will be their wake up call that they really are not helping their children in the best way...... I think Linda leaving Terry may just be the best thin for Terry, a good guy in my opinion.

Amazes me how many posters do not know how liable one is for being the driver of a vehicle someone is injured in. Nick (his father until age 18) is liable for, and by law agreed (when he signed the insurance contract)to being 100 percent liable for all passengers. It is not a question if it is morally right for someone to sue if they chose not to wear a seatbelt. It is a question of DUH kids, that's why parents say 'dont drink, dont have dope on you, dont allow people who wont obey our rules with this vehicle to get in your car'. (parenting 101). Bottom line, Nick should have insisted passenger buckle up or let him out. I do blame his parents for not 'revoking driving priveledge' sooner. As a parent of teens, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Act a fool, pay the price. SHAMEFUL THAT HAD THE PARENTS TOOK HIS KEYS SOONER, HANDED HIM HIS TENNIS SHOES TOLD HIM HOOF IT TO AND FROM SCHOOL AND RECREATION FOR MORE THAN A MONTH...NICK WOULD HAVE LEARNED TO RESPECT THE PRIVELEDGE OF DRIVING.
Amazes me that we watched them communicate on the series...and Linda said in one episode 'hes gonna kill someone' and Terry poopooed her words, eyes rolls from both Terry and Nick. After saying all of that. I still think SELLING THE HOUSES AND SUPPOSID SHOCK SEPPARATION/DIVORCE IS LINDA AND TERRY'S WAY OF TRYING TO SPLIT ASSESTS, BEFORE THIS COMATOSE VICTIM TAKES THEIR TOTAL FORTUNE. PITIFUL. hope i'm wrong.

First off I must say I LOVE HULK HOGAN and have been a fan for 20-some years! Even though he is a large part of our entertainment enjoyment, stars should not be above the laws..nor should their KIDS. Nick needs to be punished and money needs to be awarded, then forced to the over the debt to the kids family (even though you can't put a price on "life")once he turns 18 for his carelessness.
