Courtney Love Suing Kurt Cobain Identity Thieves

Courtney Love is fuming after identity thieves used her late husband Kurt Cobain's social security number to buy a $3.2 million property. The Nirvana rocker committed suicide in 1994 but still managed to purchase a New Jersey home last year - much to Love's surprise.

I think of Courtney to be a sweet loving woman that has been through a lot of pain already and does not need any of this added to it, however, ending all scam would be a relie.
Hope you make them pay with more than jail time,not for the noney......for your daughter!

Credit card and identity theft can hit anybody, it usually begins with someone taking paperwork that isn't destroyed out of your garbage can. Anybody who doesn't use a paper shredder these days is a potential victim. This is a costly lesson, but I really hope she catches these creeps.

I hope they get who ever done this! First off Courtney and Frances are entitled to all of his stuff and secondly someone whom ever done this had to eaither have been close to them or known them because Kurt has been dead a long time and for them in 2003 to get ahold of information like that at that particular time had to have known the family persoally to have gained access.They need to be prosecuted.Jurt worked very hard in his short lifeime and they deserve it.Julie
