Jennifer Grey Sends Wishes To Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze's Dirty Dancing co-star Jennifer Grey has spoken of her sadness after the actor revealed he's suffering from pancreatic cancer. Reports Swayze was suffering from pancreatic cancer surfaced on Wednesday, and were later confirmed by his publicist.

I think it is so sad to think we may soon be looseing another wonderful actor.
I have always been a fan of Patrick Swayze and the films he has made and I and many others hope and pray the Doctors can find away to beat this thing.

Hello, I want to say that I was sad to hear about Patrick,( But) I'm not worried, because I know he will be just fine.My son and I are praying for him to make a speedy recovery.In jesus' name Patrick is healed.I think Patrick is a wonderful actor, and he isn't finished yet. Patrick and I have something in common,both our mother's name's is Patsy.

I think it is very awful news and Patrick has enough to deal with on his plate than for the tabloids to step in especially with vicous lies. At this particular time in Swayzes life all he needs is lots of encouragement from all. If he is alot like what we know of him in the individuals he portrays than I can say he is a fighter and can beat this with that one thing needed " the will to live!" My thoughts and prayers are with Patrick and his family. God Bless

Patrick Swayze is one of the few actors that I have admired thru out the last 20 years. My prayers will be with him until he beats this thing. I hope he recovers quickly. Patrick Swayze is every girls dream from the 80's. Patrick, Get well soon. Your fans are all cheering for you buddy!

My husband is one of the few five-year survivors of pancreatic cancer - he was initially diagnosed at stage 4 with liver and lymph node metastases at the age of 39. I just want Mr. Swayze to know that MD Anderson Cancer Center and my husband's great physical shape have been instrumental in his remarkable fight. He is back on chemo right now but doing great after 5 1/2 years.

I just don't get geraldine.o.tan's comment about Demi Moore. Unless you are a friend of Patrick and know for a fact Demi has not contacted Patrick don't be wording your comments "hope we hear from her". Got news for you, you will not hear from her, Patrick might but that is between Demi and him.

God Bless Patrick and may he never get back any cancer cells again.Sorry to hear that,it's a darm shame. Indeed, they have the cure for it and holistic medicine work alot also. A strict diet consisting of juices,no fats, and daily vitamins( medicinal) should ease up the pain also.He's an awesome individual and we wish him luck on his upcoming movies too.

I'm a huge Swayze/Grey/Dirty Dancing fan, and had heard of their animosity towards each other during the making of the film many years ago..I was wondering if Grey would make a statement in reference to Swayze's cancer announcement...I think her comment was very sweet and touching. My prayers are with Patrick and Lisa...I really hate when crappy things happen to such wonderful people.

Here at my house "Dirty Dancing" is watched almost weekly! My granddaughter who is 13 just loves it and sometimes she watches it 2 times the same night.
We think Jennifer and Patrick should have gotten married and stayed together FOREVER!
Our heartfelt prayers go out to Patrick during his illness and hope he recovers and we also pray for his family to have strength and endurance at this time. All our love , Joyce and Vanessa in Minnesota
