The Fridge in G.I. JoeWe have to say, the process of compiling a list of the best athlete cameos has been done to death. We get it; Keith Hernandez was hilarious in Seinfeld (he was), and Mr. Burns' All Star softball team episode of The Simpsons is a classic (it is). I wish Tracy Morgan had been the voice of "The Fridge" in the cartoon.

I must ask, is there any other song anywhere near as long as that that consists almost entirely of 3 words, wow that was a long song.
And forget Roger, the basketball trio of Mullin, The Admiral and Isiah creates star power the likes of which has not been seen since, anywhere.

Wasn't there a cartoon that starred three athletes. I'm sure Wayne Gretzky was one of them, but I can't remember the other two. Anyone?

I was going to lie and say that I've seen at least one of these, but I couldn't think of anything funny. So here's the truth: I've never seen any of those cameos. A tip of the hat to you sir, these are indeed obscure.

Wasn't your boy Ozzie in that Simpsons episode. Was he the one who fell into the never ending hole?
Why no Harlem Globe Trotters on Scooby Doo?

Wayne Gretzky was the comedy relief and for some reason he couldn't stop eating. Yup, only in the early 90's.
