Jeri RyanActress Jeri Ryan is celebrating after giving birth to a baby girl. The Star Trek: Voyager star and her chef husband Christophe Eme welcomed baby Gisele into the world in Los Angeles on Sunday. She weighed in at seven pounds and 13 ounces.
