I dont know what your talking about when it comes to the Santa Clause 2, it was a wonderful, entertaining moving, very enjoyable.
Homeward bound 2 I feel the same way about. I think you people need to get your facts straight.

Haunted Manshion was a good and funny movie. Half the time, critics pick the movies that suck and say they're good and trash the movies that were actually good.

Ha! Well, to be honest people, I love most Disney movies. I like all of them for different reasons, so finding ten I disliked was difficult. I chose the ones I did for the overall shabbiness and/or disappointment compared to the quality of what I came to expect from Disney.
So if that helps, think of it less as ten movies I hated, and more ten movies I thought were sub-par. Except I do not back down on the Hunchback of Notre Dame or Inspector Gadget.

I agree with most of your choices for Worst Disney movies. However, I disagree with some of the sequels. My daughter loves Little Mermaid 2 and we all love Santa Clause 2 even better than Santa Clause-the original. We think Lion King 1 1/2 was not Disney's finest.
We were bored to tears. We loved Lion King and Part 2.

I have to say that I think its rediculous that someone would actually make a list of the top ten worst Disney movies however, everyone is entitled to their own opinions so dont put someone else down when they express theirs,Keith Whitener. I love Disney movies and I love that they do so many sequals! Thanks! :)

Hi I just wanted to say my family and I love Disney movies. My 6 year old and I decided to make our own top 10 List of the _best Disney movies. Our criteria for the movies are :
1. They have to be animated.
2. Characters, Humor, and Excitement
3. Positive role models (we don't like women who think a man can save their life-Snow White)
4. Enjoyable (you can watch over and over)
5. Catchy songs and phrases
Here is our list:
10-Tarzan
9-Mulan
8-Aladdin
7-Monsters Inc.
6-Toy Story 1 and 2 (we like 2 better than 1)
5-Lady and the Tramp
4-Finding Nemo
3-Beauty and the Beast
2-Lion King
1-The Little Mermaid
* My daughter insisted Little Mermaid be #1 because she loved Ariel and is obsessed with anyhing about mermaids.
Feel free to comment- but be nice.

I don't know how someone can be able to type but not read, but what I was saying in my comment, Pipa (this means X@@##! in Russian!), was that it's silly for Lucy, or anyone else, to say "get your facts straight" on an opinion piece. If it said, "Aladdin is about SnowWhite," that'd be different, but there are no facts when making an aesthetic evaluation. Fart.
Some of my favorite Disney movies are Alice in Wonderland ,Pinocchio, and Winnie the Pooh.

Kathysurvivor, those are definitely some of my favorites too. I was never a huge fan of Tarzan, although I do like some of the music!
I love Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, the Little Mermaid, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, oh and I love Robin Hood. Enchanted was quite adorable, it's one of the most recent Disney that I truly enjoyed.
Keith, I also love Alice in Wonderland. There was a show on the Disney channel, live action, that was Alice in Wonderland. Ever see that?

Welll all i can say i think Disney makes wonderful movies...my 9 year old would tell you cause he watches them over and over again he could tell you every word in most of the movies cause he watches them so much....to me Disney does a great job and i love all the sequels to all the movies except for lion king 1 1/2 that was one of the dumbest ones they shouldn't have bothered with that one but no one is perfect now are they.

I notice how your only explantion as to why Hunchback should be on the list is three sentences long. To be honest; I think that's the most blegh moment of the movie. The rest of it is (IMO) one of Disney's top 10 best.

To sit here and put down disney movies is crazy...but people are entitled to there own opinions. My children love almost anything that comes out that is disney, and lets remember that these movies are mainframed towards kids, so what you find boring or stupid at 6 or 9 year old may adore completly. This is just my 2 cents worth.

hi dude,
I agree only 50% with this.Disney is world best for its animation after that dream works is one .
yeah i agree that lion king, allauddin are the waste movies that i ever had .yeah,we cannt see those movies becoz we r out of that ! they are fully meant for kids below 13yrs.
Never Discourage any one.For those movies also they may work hard to complete that movie.
we dont know in whom what kind of talent is hiding.

ok i agree with most of these. There are a few nitpicky things i will say.
the first, "All disney sequels" is cheating. yes most of them were all lame. But this is a list. can't you specify what your number one is?
2nd, Treasure Planet wasn't THAT bad. I think its an extremely underrated movie. Pretty much the only thing i hated about that movie was how ugly they made long john silver.
3rd, i intensely disagree with you putting Hunchback of Notre Dame in your list. and your reason was singing gargoyles? it may have escaped your notice but practically everything in disney sings. maybe if you had a legit reason to hate it i would be more inclined to consider your viewpoint.
Apart from those three things, this list was pretty much spot on :D
P.S. innovative? name one disney classic that wasn't taken from someone else's idea. Cinderella? fairytale. Peter Pan? J.M Barrie's masterpeice book. The Lion King? Hamlet. Pocahontas? very very very loosely based off fact. etc etc.

disney movies butcher classic stories and are historically inaccurate!little mermaid for instance kills and maims the true version.true, the actual story is fairly morbid, but why make a story so different from its first and true form?I can say the same about Sleeping Beauty,Mulan,Anastasia,Tarzan, Cinderella, ect.Though I do kind of like Anastasia.Good music.
