Wow, a couple from a CARTOON is an "Unrealistic Couple?" Go figure. EVERYTHING about Family Guy is "Unrealistic" genius. A talking dog? A talking one-year-old who plots to kill his mother and take over the world?

Your list is at nine if you ask me. Maybe find a better 'unlikely' couple to take that empty spot.
Oh, and Fred & Ethel? Ralph & Alice? Did you just start watching TV in the last ten years, because you obviously have never seen these two shows before. I'd put Lucy and Ricky before Fred & Ethel... I mean, a fair-skinned redhead who does nothing being married to a Cuban band-leader? THAT'S a little unrealistic. Did you think you'd upset the Latino community if you included that one?

Seriously, where is "According to Jim" on this list? Charlie and Claire on "Lost"? How about Michael and Jan on "The Office?" Sure it's unrealistic, but it's ilarious.
Helloooo??

Seems like you just started picking couples that don't look good together because one is fatter, balder, uglier, etc. And you obviously don't know much about on-screen chemistry, because Sara & Grissom's relationship is strained because of their work environment and the actors seem to handle that plot slant just fine as far as chemistry goes and making it believable.

Maybe do a little research next time.

I was just thinking According to Jim! How about George and Susan on Seinfeld, and Jeff Green and Susie on Curb? George is a loser and Susan is a wealthy intellectual. Susie abuses Jeff so much that he should have an anxiety disorder, and yet they stay together. What a country!
