It always help when you have an inside track to reach stardom? Sorry to you poor saps who has suffered time and time again to get into Hollywood. Especially when you've studied and paid for acting School. Maybe you should consider sleeping with the directors, that's how you can get a part.

why not give her a chance to bright as all stars do. i think that George cloony's propasal is right. He can probably experience this trial and do better with his girl fiend than with anybody else.

Whether or not she has what it takes isn't the point. The point is that you have to know someone in the business to get in the business. Yeah, it does help if you sleep with the director or however to get in, but what about those people who have taken lessons and done all the schooling? They just get passed over for "someone's" girlfriend.

Old boys network will never go away it seems.
It's who you know that's important, not what you know or how well you can do your job.
There's definitely two sides to George Clooney, I don't think he's as ethical or concerned about other people as he lets on to be. I hope he stays well away from politics.
