Whaterver Mark wants, he should get. There are a lot of characters I would hate to see leave, but the show could go on. There is no NCIS if there is no GIBBS!
Whatever it is get over it Don, no one watches to see you. I appreciate all that you do to make the show perfection, but without Mark it is nothing.
