NEW YORK (AP) - Kanye West considers a certain ''SexyBack'' singer his biggest rival. ''My biggest inspiration and biggest competition is Justin Timberlake,'' the 29-year-old rapper tells XXL magazine in its October issue, on newsstands Sept. 11.
