Jamie Bell British actor Jamie Bell is hoping his role as a creepy voyeur in the upcoming film Hallem Foe will finally help to shake off his 'Ballet Boy' tag. The 21-year-old shot to stardom as working class boy-turned-dancer Billy Elliot in the 2000 film of the same name.
