Liv Tyler Plans For Plastic Surgery

Liv TylerActress Liv Tyler is planning to undergo plastic surgery in an attempt to keep up with rival Hollywood leading ladies. The Armageddon star has previously blasted actresses who go under the knife as "creepy looking", adding, "I don't want to ever have cosmetic surgery. I hate that look where people's faces have just changed."
