Lindsay Lohan Cancels 21st Birthday Party

Lindsay LohanTroubled actress Lindsay Lohan has canceled her 21st birthday party in Las Vegas, Nevada. The star was last month charged with driving under the influence after crashing her car in Beverly Hills, California. She checked into a rehab facility shortly afterwards.
