Andre 3000 To Play Sammy Davis Jr.

Andre 3000Outkast star Andre 3000 is set to play Sammy Davis Jr. in a new biopic documenting the entertainer's controversial romance with Kim Novak. The film, entitled Sammy and Kim, will focus on the interracial relationship between Davis and the Caucasian actress, which caused controversy in the 1950s at a time when the African-American Civil Rights Movement was in beginning to take place.
