Paula AbdulPaula Abdul has spoken out for the first time since breaking her nose in a weekend fall, revealing she also fractured her toe. The clumsy American Idol judge tripped over her pet Chihuahua, Tulip, at home on Sunday and is now nursing a series of bumps, bruises and breaks.
