I would like to say! Why should Paris Hilton have her sentence reduced? The general public certainly doesn't get it reduced. I say she should have to due the full 45 days. Besudes she's not all that anyway!
Just because she has money doesn't mean she's any better than the rest of us. She drove on a suspended license that's illegal. So she deserve's it.
I would say that she deserved more time, but the Judge gave her what he was allowed by law.
To bad she can't put herself in the position of the poor man and see what life is like and how she'd be treated for driving on a suspended license. Plus, she should have to pay a fine. Make it tough on her.
Life isn't fair to the poor man. Never has been never will be.
Personally, she's just a dumb blond!

Paris Hilton is a spoiled brat who hides behind her daddy's money. She think's that she is above the law and can do what she wants. She's sickening. I say make her do the full 45 day sentence. The her crying and carrying on, "Oh, poor me. Boo, hoo." She should of thought of that before she did what she did. I guess that her parents should have taught her better to respect the law.

What a joke! She even suposibly sacked her publicist for not telling her that she couldn't drive, after she signed a document stating that she knew she wasn't allowed to drive. Then she re-hires the publisist after this big attempt at lying to get off the charge, failed. I guess she didn't realise either, that driving with your headlights turned off is both dangerous and illegal. And I guess she also thought that driving with 5 or more drinky-poos in your system is also not a crime, or a danger to other peoples lives. Then mommy dearest yells out rediculous things at the top of her voice in the court room. What a joke, she should have had her sentence doubled for lying and accusing others of her own wrong doing. I hope it is a long boring and extremely dragged out 23 days.

This whole issue with the Hiltons make me want to puke.
The isssue with the court system is wrong. The next person in the same siuation as Paris is on the DUI if they get more time then Paris should sue the State of California for discrimenation

You should understand that you are getting a break all the way around because most people have to do all the time with just a few days off for good behavior. You get half sliced off, you get to be away from people who may harm you well it happens to everyone else like children who get locked up. You then get time off. It shouldn't matter who you are behind those doors then you may learn a lesson but I guess the laws are not meant for celebs! I'm sure you grandfather Conrad would not be pleased with you or how your whole family has become and spends his money!

OK, my turn now. The mother is yelling and crying foul, Paris is so stupid, she says that she did not know (haha) how long the suspension was....but where is this idiot's daddy? He does not say a word, he is not even quoted as having said anything. Maybe he is just plain disgusted with his family.
I also want someone to explain something to me. Where does this "22 days off for good behaviour" fall into this? Explain to me please. Do you NOT have to start serving your time, and THEN, through your actions, and their observation and estimation, you are given time off for good behaviour?
Who is the idiot here?

Ha Ha 22 days off for good behavior wotta joke. How many days has she had already for it? Since she's come to the public's attention (no surprise there considering who already pollutes it) she's a dishrag that should be hung out to dry.
