Fans Want To Sue Clay Aiken For Being 'Virginal, Asexual Character'

Nine fans of Americal Idol star Clay Aiken are considering launching a class action lawsuit against the singer and his record company bosses following tabloid allegations he's gay. The unnamed fans were shocked by recent unconfirmed claims from a retired soldier that he enjoyed a gay romp with the singer in a hotel room.

I am an older woman who has recently developed an appreciation for Clay and his music.
My concern is this, why do we, as Americans,believe we have the right to be informed of entertainers private lives? Why are we as a country so shallow? Clay Aiken and his sexuality are his business period. What if he is gay? Does that in anyway negate his talent?
And then here are these ex-fans going to sue because his label wants him to look his best. Come on women, you know very well that is not the issue. Maybe your heartsick because some man says he slept with Clay and you feel let down. I could say that he is my best friend but that doesnt make it so does it?
The media is spouting off that he is getting tempermental when they question him. Well, HELLO! Wouldnt they? For that matter wouldnt you? In short leave the man alone and let him do what he does best, entertain!
