I think Khloe knows damn well who Shana is, since she has been on reality tv longer, actually won a beauty pageant had some (bad) acting roles, and married a famous musician before being a reality X@@##!, not to mention the smackdown with Paris Hilton and her man being in a plane crash. And Khloe does look like a donkey. And not the cute kind like on Shrek! So get over it. You're rich, what more do you want?
