Bryan and Kevin are interchangeable and will be the finalists. Jen is incapable of thinking outside of her training box so, like a more skilled version of Ash, will remain a semi finalist of some order. Michael may surprise but most likely will fall in the top 6 somewhere. His questionable decisions - sea bass in the desert, hello? - will bite him one day. None of the others are worth discussing.

Oh, and for Top Douchebag, the award clearly goes to Mike I, whose dickish behavior to an older female cancer survivor clearly redefines the term "cad". Here's hoping someone cracks a bottle over his head in a bar somewhere, ala Marcel. I hope the producers bring back Robin as a judge or kitchen help in the finale so she has a chance to sabotage their asses later on, like Dave did to Tiffani in TC1, to show them how kitchens work in the real world. Treat the staff poorly at your own peril.
