The charge should remain. Why
should he be considered different
than anyone else? He did the deed
now he must put up with it! He
could repeat it after what I have
heard about his drunken escapades!

This is a common request not exclusive to celebrities. However, DUI is a traffic offense and is an expungable offense, at least in the state of South Carolina. If it were, there would never be DUI2nd, 3rds, etx. HOWEVER, California is a very different world and perhaps this is possible. I would think that it would not be, but it might have been part of his plea bargain. If it is expunged, you can bet that MADD will be well, mad.
