She is not too thin. Her tiny physique is due to a combination of very small bone structure and very light musculature, both of which are just her natural body type. It is also true that she is towards the lower end of the scale for body fat, but athough she is very tiny she has none of that unhealthy, emaciated look of underweight women. I think she's stunning!
