Hitler managed to almost take over europe, I don't think he's an idiot. Why do bad people have to be stupid? Aubrey is totally right, and every commenter here is a complete idiot. I'm not saying they were stephen hawking, but people seem to think that if someone doesn't use their intelligence in a way that is generally accepted as "smart", then they aren't smart. Thats absolutely idiotic and shows no capability of unique thought. Something doesn't match your worldview, so it's dumb? No, you are dumb for being unable to see past your own worldview. For example, I have a friend that most would call a jock and most would assume he's not intelligent simply because he doesn't act like a nerd, but his critical thinking and problem solving abilities are through the roof. He can even conceptualize complex thoughts, but because he doesnt choose to do so for fun, dumb people assume he's dumb. These men, that have done terrible things, still managed to get really far. Hitlers downfall was his superstition and belief in the occult, does that make him dumb? Thats the debate that will rage for some time, but I don't think it does, I think he just wasn't that great at military strategy and when he stopped listening to his military advisors, things went sour. But as a political strategist, he was pretty smart. As for castro, again, he has different politcal views, that is considered evil in some aspects, so stupid people who can't see past their own worldview call him stupid.

Great Rack, In what way is Fidel a great man? He is a ruthless dictator who has made his country worse than before he came to power. He was a stooge for the Soviet Union and now he is Hugo Chavez's X@@##!. He can't croak soon enough for me. I hope Raul dies soon too. You Castro Inc. Puts homosexuals in prison. They also don't allow freedom of the press or speech. How is that great or brilliant?
