There appears to be a tiny tone of condescension in Ms. Amos' remarks. Perhaps the "tortured artist" inside Tori is just a bit envious of Lady Gaga's high octane success. I wouldn't be surprised.

What could Lady Gaga possibly have that Tori would want? I mean Tori has 10 studio albums which 8 were produced by her, and she doesn't need to have crass lyrics and foul live performances to be popular. Not only that, but at least we know that Tori is a woman....
