What's the big deal??? So she danced around a strip pole. I think we as grown ups should be more concerned with the fact that designers are no longer making childrens' clothing. They make "hotty in training" clothing. Thongs for 5 years olds, that's a problem. When kids are turned into sexual beings pretty much from the time they can walk, a pole dance is minor. If you want sickening and "pimping" watch the "Tots and Tiarras" show.

Are you kidding me?! She didn't pole dance! She held onto a pole while she danced. If that was pole dancing - then someone needs to let the strippers know they've been doing it ALL wrong! If something was going to be addressed about that performance, it should have been the "barely there" shorts she and a couple of the other girls were wearing. WOW! I worry more about my teenage daughters wanting to wear something like that than I worry about them dancing around a pole!

Listening to her Dad defend Miley is awesome. It shows that the sport of show biz is hard and critics will do whatever to shame people. Good for Dad for speaking out and for making it clear that daughter will perform in the art of entertaining people. Miley my kids and their friends love you. Thank you for entertaining us so much.

Next they'll be selling poles for children at Toys R Us. Shame on you girl. She may nt have done a seductive dance but the implication is there.
